Which plan should we choose?
If you want your physical bells to ring automatically, choose Hardware Server (on-site, maintained by us) or Cloud Server (no hardware to manage). Schedule is for schools that only need schedule management and a staff dashboard.
What does "per 1,000 students" mean?
Pricing scales with your enrollment. The calculator above gives an estimate, and our team confirms the exact quote for your school or district.
Does BellRinger™ collect student data?
No. BellRinger™ doesn't collect names, student IDs, or class schedules linked to individuals. Analytics are anonymous aggregate counts that can be turned off in Settings. See the Privacy Policy.
How does the free semester work?
Email us and we'll set up BellRinger for your school or district with full access for one semester, with no payment required. We help configure schedules and train your staff.
Is BellRinger™ open source?
Yes, through BellRinger™ OSS on GitHub. It's a completely separate app from the paid BellRinger™ plans above, though both are built on the same foundation. The paid plans are our managed offering, with setup help, hosting options and support.
Can we override the schedule on the fly?
Yes. Override any bell from the dashboard for assemblies, emergencies, or early dismissals, and set special days ahead of time.
How is the Hardware Server connected?
It's a dedicated on-site server that syncs with your physical bell system and connects securely through a Cloudflare Tunnel. Maintenance and upgrades are included.
